Customer account
To create a customer account, click on "Account" in the top right-hand corner (pictogram in the shape of a character), then on "No account? Create one".
Then simply fill in the form.
It's easy to log in to your customer account: click on "Account" in the top right-hand corner (pictogram in the shape of a character) and enter the e-mail address and password you chose when you registered.
Then click on "Connect to my account".
If you've lost your password, click on "Forgotten password" on the login page. You will then be asked to enter your e-mail address.
You will then receive an email from us to reset your password. Click on the link in the e-mail and enter your new login password.
If you don't receive this e-mail, please check your spam folder.
Can't log in to your customer account? First of all, check that the login e-mail address you have entered is the one you chose when you registered.
If you are still unable to log in, we recommend that you reset your password.
And if you still can't access your customer account, please contact us at contact form or call us on 05 54 54 66 21 (Monday to Friday, 9am to 3pm).
You can modify your personal information (contact details, password, addresses) by logging into your customer account and clicking on the items you wish to correct.
Simply contact us by telephone on 05 54 54 66 21 or by e-mail on contact form. We will confirm the deletion of your account.
